I’m Married! (26 Weeks)

I did it! I got married! What a day, so many emotions and my face ached from all the smiling. I couldn’t stop grinning like a mad woman because I was marrying the man I love and want to spend the rest of my life with. CHEESE I know! But very, very true.  It feels absolutely wonderful! A lot of people told me that I might feel a bit different once I’m married, but I feel exactly the same. As much in love with Rob as the day I first laid eyes upon him. The only thing that took me by surprise was today when I went to the bank and I had to sign my new signature as Emma Mackay. I haven’t thought about it at all but it came naturally.  I have a husband! *squeal* I feel like a child in a sweet shop!

Speaking of children, baby has only three months to go! Where has the time gone? We have started stocking up on a few more baby essentials now, trying to not go crazy but when we both find ourselves in toy section we can’t help but run wild, TOYS!!!  We are big kids at heart.

Also, what is it with shops that advertise something on their website, yet when you go into a branch, it’s a different price (always more expensive!) We were in Argos today and the item I had reserved ended up as more than it should have cost. Of course the sales assistant didn’t seem to care or show any signs of looking into it.  What’s the point of me reserving something online and then going into the shop to pick it up only to be charged more for it? How are they getting away with that! Daylight robbery! ARGHHH!!  Really grinds my gears as Peter Griffin would say.
