I never realised how soft and fluffy snow can be until today. We awoke to a picturesque scene that you often find on Christmas cards. Some had settled on the bedroom window and so I popped my paws out to welcome our enchanting new friend. COLD! So very cold! I stupidly forgot how COLD snow is and retreated before I froze. But it’s still ever so pretty to look at. Our own little snow globe right on our front door. YAY!
Today the Christmas Crocodile had made a new friend, literally. A snowman! They spent the day making snow angels and having snowball fights much to the boys’ amusement. Eldest had a quick (and I mean like a few seconds) play in the snow before running inside to the warmth. Unfortunately both boys are still ill, youngest is the worse-off at the moment so he watched from the window. But the snow falling made him smile and giggle. Every-time my husband tried to move him away from it he started to cry. JUST TOO CUTE!!!
We spent the rest of the day cuddled up under blankets watching The Snowman and pretending the duvet was the snow. A fun WARM game I highly recommend.
I wonder what the Christmas Crocodile will get up to tomorrow?
Hop hop wiggle wiggle.
